The project's current performance was analyzed in terms of transportation, energy, water, waste, and human experience. To optimize its operations, best practices were implemented for the efficient use of energy and the reduction of water consumption, as well as air quality and integrated waste management policies.

This project was part of a set of 11 buildings within the portfolio of this FIBRA, with the objective of obtaining LEED® O+M: Existing Buildings certification in less than 8 months.

Solution

A diagnosis and analysis as part of the process

As part of the building performance analysis, an ASHRAE level 1 audit was performed from the diagnosis, identifying the priority points in terms of impact, cost and implementation time in order to establish a critical path.
