Southpark III is an industrial building located in the municipality of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, comprised of speculative warehouse, manufacturing and office areas. This industrial building has been designed and built with a comprehensive approach with positive environmental impacts and energy efficiency in mind.

Strategies
What was done in the project?
The project is located in a strategic location within an area of high economic development, with access to quality public transportation.
At only 200 and 350 meters away, there are stops with more than 83 trips on weekdays and 73 on weekends, facilitating sustainable mobility.
In addition, an efficient rainwater management design was implemented, allowing the management of more than the 98th percentile of precipitation.
In terms of efficiency, a 36.6% reduction in interior lighting consumption, 38.9% reduction in exterior lighting, and 38.36% savings in water use inside the building were achieved.

Results
This project not only stands out for its excellence in construction, but also for its strong commitment to sustainability and positive impact on the community. Thanks to the strategies applied, significant results were achieved that minimize environmental impact and generate long-term social value.
