What was done in the project?


The project is located in a strategic location within an area of high economic development, with access to quality public transportation. 


At only 200 and 350 meters away, there are stops with more than 83 trips on weekdays and 73 on weekends, facilitating sustainable mobility.


In addition, an efficient rainwater management design was implemented, allowing the management of more than the 98th percentile of precipitation.


In terms of efficiency, a 36.6% reduction in interior lighting consumption, 38.9% reduction in exterior lighting, and 38.36% savings in water use inside the building were achieved.
