The project's performance was analyzed in terms of transportation, energy, water, waste, and human experience.
To optimize its operations, best practices were implemented for the efficient use of energy and the reduction of water consumption, as well as air quality and integrated waste management policies.

As part of this FIBRA's portfolio, Huasteco Alfa was part of a group of 11 buildings that set out to obtain LEED® O+M: Existing Buildings in less than 8 months.
Solution
We exceeded the proposed objectives
As part of the building performance analysis, an ASHRAE level 1 audit was performed from the diagnosis, identifying the priority points in terms of impact, cost and implementation time in order to establish a critical path.
