Esfera - La Perla is a 20,040 sq. mt. building, located in one of the most active zones within the metropolitan area of Zapopan, Jalisco.
The La Perla complex is a Class A project, comprised of two office buildings, Bio and Esfera, which together have about 43,067 m² of Gross Leasable Area (GLA). This project houses multiple tenants and was designed by the prestigious design and architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and was completed in 2018.

About this project
The project's current performance was analyzed in terms of transportation, energy, water, waste, and human experience.
To optimize its operations, best practices were implemented for efficient energy use and water consumption reduction, as well as air quality and integrated waste management policies.

Esfera- La Perla was part of a portfolio of 11 buildings of this Fibra that had the objective of becoming LEED O+M certified in a period of less than 8 months.

We exceeded the proposed objectives
Por parte de los análisis de desempeño del edificio, desde el diagnóstico se realizó una auditoría ASHRAE nivel 1 identificando los puntos prioritarios por su impacto, costo y tiempo de implementación para así plantear una ruta crítica.
