The progress of the project was evaluated and monitored in terms of transportation, energy, water, waste, and the impact on the experience of the people involved. Improved practices were introduced to improve energy efficiency, reduce water consumption, and establish policies for air quality and integrated waste management to optimize operations.

We exceeded the proposed objectives
En cuanto a la evaluación del rendimiento del edificio, se llevó a cabo una auditoría ASHRAE de nivel 1 desde el diagnóstico inicial. Esta auditoría identificó los aspectos más relevantes en función de su impacto, coste y el tiempo necesario para su ejecución, con el propósito de establecer una ruta crítica.
