It is located on one of the main avenues of the city, being a building with ample space for the offices it houses, serving more than 150 people daily.

The progress of the project was evaluated and monitored in terms of transportation, energy, water, waste, and the impact on the experience of the people involved.
Improved practices were introduced to improve energy efficiency, reduce water consumption, and establish policies for air quality and integrated waste management to optimize operations.

Cuadrante was part of Fibra MTY's 11 buildings portfolio that had the goal of achieving LEED® O+M: Existing Buildings in a period of less than 8 months.
Solution
We exceeded the proposed objectives
En cuanto a la evaluación del rendimiento del edificio, se llevó a cabo una auditoría ASHRAE de nivel 1 desde el diagnóstico inicial.
Esta auditoría identificó los aspectos más relevantes en función de su impacto, coste y el tiempo necesario para su ejecución, con el propósito de establecer una ruta crítica.
