Biosfera - La Perla was part of a portfolio of 11 buildings of this FIBRA that had the objective of becoming LEED O+M certified in a period of less than 8 months.

Innovation as part of the solution

As part of the building performance analysis, an ASHRAE level 1 audit was performed from the diagnosis, identifying the priority points in terms of impact, cost and implementation time in order to establish a critical path.
